LCOM Sketch #104 – Our Epic Krabi Trip

Hey Everyone! Just sharing the latest sketch from Let’s Capture Our Memories. Simple sketch this week which I managed to complete in less than 30 min! Remember to link up with the LCOM blog for a chance to win a prize courtesy of LCOM. :)

This layout features my friends and I in front of our Krabi Villa back in March 2013. Its been a while since this trip and although we didn’t do very much, we had an awesome good time! Most of our time spent was playing pool volleyball in our private pool and chilling in the villa. We invented this game cause the pool was just the right size for a game of 3 vs 3 volleyball in the pool (with 1 person as ball picker cause we had 7 people), and we had a plastic inflatable ball which was just right for the game. We only spent 1 random afternoon at the beach, and had river kayaking for a bit on another day.. with nights out only to Aonang for dinner and clubbing. We didn’t even go to Phiphi island – the highlight of Krabi! hahaha.. nevertheless every time the group of us look back on this trip, all we remember are the fond memories of our beautiful villa AND pool volleyball. Hopefully soon we can all make a trip to another cool place like this!

I used plain white card stock for this layout, leftover strips of paper from the Maldives album project and the Ephemera pack from Crate Paper’s Notes and Things collection.

Scrapbooking and memory keeping can be really quick and easy when you got a sketch in hand.

Till next time x
