Here’s my first DT reveal for Let’s Capture Our Memories! :) Do check out the blog for more inspiration and for the main challenge too.
Using this sketch to feature some homecooked food my buddies Daryl, Cuishan and I cooked during our exchange in Canada. We cooked our meals every evening after class like family. Most meals featured a healthy balance of eggs, meat and veg, while these documented below were our more special meals. It was pretty fun, looking back at our kitchen activities. There was once, we heated up the pan for too long till the hot oil caught fire! It started the smoke alarm and our landlord got seriously pissed at us. We also had massive cook outs on weekends where we would spend 1.5 hours making scrumptious continental breakfast of french toast, pancakes, eggs, sausage, baked beans etc.
This is also my maiden take on rainbow watercoloured layouts! Its been pretty in trend of late too.
Loving those dymo taped journalling bits, and how they accent the page a little bit more.
